Hi,

Step 1: Reload profile (Does not work)

Followed your instruction:

- Delete My Profile

- Articulate my organisation enshroud on HDD

- Download my profile once more

Profile, GamerTag, Avatar all reloaded properly

=> But I'thousand still having same problem of "unable to call back credit card info"

(Did the same iii times, also on/off Xbox360 before reload profile)

Step ii: Perform Factory Reset

Unlike XboxOne, the Xbox360 is unable to perform factory reset. Then I did the "Initial Setup" again.

Step 3: Create new Microsoft account #ii

I went to my PC and created a second Microsoft account #two.

- I'm OK with different accounts/profiles for Xbox360 and XboxOne

- Only does that mean I demand to purchase dissever/2-licenses of Xbox Live Aureate for the XboxOne and Xbox360?

- I did not take the ane-calendar month Xbox Alive Gold free offer from Microsoft on both the Xbox360 and XboxOne (During initial power up and registration, Microsoft offered 1-month free Xbox Live Gilded)

- I've not used my 1-month Xbox Live Gilt came with My Xbox360 blueish Package.   I also have non used my another 12-month Xbox alive Gold came with an 'Xbox One Essentials" Parcel.

Question: Putting Greenbacks in Microsoft Account

I have this same problem with both symptoms described. If I create a new account using initial setup I do not go either error. I have spent multiple hours with phone and conversation support with no fix. Any resolution?
